It is with great pride and determination that I am participating in my 5th Annual Tour of Novato. I'm so excited to be a part of this amazing Novato event while raising money for our marvelous SAN MARIN MUSIC program.
I'm thrilled to announce that NUSD hired me FULL time as the new San Marin VAPA Program Specialist (Visual and Performing Arts). I have been volunteering for many many years and this is my 5th year serving as the San Marin Music Booster President - heading into my 6th year as President this August 2024.
Come see Mamma Mia!- We all have been working so hard on this production! Your Tour of Novato dollars also support San Marin's Musical Theater Program, providing our Novato Community with outstanding entertainment. Our musicals also feature a LIVE orchestra with extremely talented student musicians.
It is my goal to generate as many pledges as possible, thereby supporting School Fuel and our beloved SAN MARIN MUSIC PROGRAM that provides over 10 music classes to hundreds of students. 100% of the money raised goes directly to SM Music. Any pledge, whether $5, $10, $20, or more is greatly appreciated! Feel good about your contribution in making a difference in the music enrichment of our local Novato students. Dear Friends and Family, I am so excited to announce that NUSD has hired me full-time as the SMHS VAPA Program Specialist (Visual & Performing Arts). I just got back from a trip to Anaheim that I put together for 47 music students (a mix of band, choir, musical theater, rock band, and strings). While in Anaheim the students did choral and instrumental workshops at the UC Irvine campus, our Jazz Combo group performed at the Heritage Festival in the Rose Theater, and all students attended the Disney Imagination Campus. At the Disney recording studios the students performed and their music was then played in a Disney movie & trailer clip (Marvel, The Incredibles and the Lion King) to name a few. It was the trip highlight and amazing learning experience on how music and song are tied into film and animation. (Of course, another bonus was a two day hopper pass at Disneyland and The CA Adventure Park!) With Music Booster Funds we were able to provide scholarships to many students. Please help support our music program and these life-changing opportunities for students. I will be doing the 10 mile ride in my 5th year at the Tour of Novato raising money to go back 100% to the programming enrichment for our high school youth. Any and ALL pledges are greatly appreciated! |
